I know that we are just recovering from our Memorial Day festivities but it is never too early to start thinking about the cooler days of the glorious New York fall. To that end, mark your calendars for the annual Mah Jongg Marathon held in Bryant Park. Open to the public, all levels of Mah Jongg players are welcome. As Linda Fisher has told me, ” We try to keep people with their same level so they don’t move around or keep score.  People come and go all day long.  It’s free and outdoors.  We had six or seven tables last year and lots of fun.” 

This year the event will be held on September 7th so be sure to mark your calendars.
