I think we’ve all seen the ubiquitous Roche Bobois Mah Jong modular sofa (I still can’t figure out why this sofa is named Mah Jong) and the Mah Jong Cabinet by Ironies featured as one of the top 10 cabinets in Elle Decor Magazine (I sort of understand the use of name Mah Jong on this piece – the cabinet’s front is inlaid BONE  – get it? And, it’s only $15,260).

But this is something else (I love it! I hope I can fly on this plane one day!).

Jeff Bonner Research & Development responded to requests to create a modern, in-flight version of the mahjong table, and in doing so also designed a semi-private mahjong game room.
