MORE MAH JONGG CREATIVITY…

Donna, our good friend to this blog, commented on the August 1st posting:

Ann, Great post today!  Diane G. Commented that I should make the rest into a tablecloth and that she is a quilter. I have made numerous tablecloths for my tables but for Mah Jongg I like something solid colored or I like the sound of the tiles hitting on my oak kitchen table. Diane would probably like to know that I took the quilted jacket I made (it never fit quite right in the arms) and deconstructed it to make a tote bag.  The bag is deep and holds the pusher bag without it falling out.  The jacket pocket formed a pocket on the back of the tote.  Of course, it has my favorite bird on it, a puffin. My mah set even fits in the bag. Feel free to pass this on to Diane please or post however you like. Thanks for a fun blog! Donna
